Description
On the Silverwood School campus, after school for Kindergartners to 5th graders.
This class brings out the inner artist in our students! Our fun projects are geared toward developing drawing and painting skills, while also encouraging individual creativity and expression. In this engaging class, students learn fundamental art elements, including line, shape, texture, color, value and space by drawing their favorite animals, characters, still life, vehicles and more. Students are taught drawing skills and media techniques; however, each student works with his or her own vision to produce unique finished pieces. Media includes: marker, paint, chalk and oil pastels, colored pencils, watercolors and more.
This class curriculum will vary from the Kitsap Art school-year curriculum, so if your child needs more art in their week, please check out our Silverdale location too.
Tuesdays (3:30 – 4:30 pm)
- Minimum 6 students required.
Tuition is due the first of each month. All students are considered actively enrolled in the program upon date of registration unless a two-week written notice is provided.
